PPG Salisbury is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead from the front, drive sales growth, and ensure operating standards are consistently excellent. You will deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in-store.

You will oversee daily store operations, train and coach staff, manage rotas and resources, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies while collaborating with the District Operations Manager to recruit and optimise the team.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing role delivering direct sales.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and motivational skills with supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to stay calm and composed when handling difficult situations.
• Flexible attitude towards working hours and duties, with willingness to cover other centres as required.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales and profit targets to support store profitability.
• Manage daily operations and plan rotas and absence for the sales team.
• Provide training and coaching to new and existing colleagues.
• Coordinate with Operational Managers to control costs and resources.
• Maintain security, stock integrity, and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee decorating centre accounts within company guidelines.
• Uphold Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Recruitment and selection in liaison with the District Operations Manager.
