Job summary

B&M Retail in Salisbury is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to drive store performance, coach colleagues and keep operations running smoothly. This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility to cover days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with clear opportunities to progress to Store Manager as the business grows.
