Zusammenfassung

PPG is seeking a field-based role covering stores in Stevenage, Luton, Milton Keynes, Watford, Holloway, Romford, Edmonton and Barking. You will lead Store Operations Managers to achieve sales targets through outstanding service and operational excellence in a compliant environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading field-based teams and delivering sales targets.
• Experience in retail or trade environments with a focus on customer service.

Aufgaben

• Deliver the network strategic sales plan to drive B2B and B2C sales across the area.
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales while maintaining margin.
• Utilise CRM tools to monitor and promote sales opportunities.
• Support new hire digital onboarding.
• Conduct store visits and business reviews with Store Operations Managers.
• Lead promotional activity to exceed area targets.
• Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies with regional leadership.
• Manage controllable costs, especially payroll and inventory.
