Qualifications

• Prior management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment.

• Flexibility in working hours and duties.
• A valid driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure staff and customers have what they need.
• Serve customers on the trade counter and in-store in a friendly, professional manner.
• Complete required training to confidently recommend products and promote the brand.
• Maintain a well-presented, clean store and adhere to stock procedures.
• Receive deliveries and keep shelves stocked according to procedures.
