Job summary

Asda in Yeovil is seeking an Operations Manager to drive store execution and deliver excellent availability across Ambient and Fresh departments. You’ll review processes, embed routines, and lead managers to improve metrics for availability, waste and shrink across the shop floor.

You’ll also coach teams to deliver great customer service, maintain wage control, and foster a culture of ownership and heart across the trading floor at our large-format store.

• Drive customer experience and selling agenda with engaged teams.
