You will review processes, coach managers, and drive a customer-focused trading floor culture, aligning with Asda's values and wage control while ensuring legal compliance and strong KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading diverse teams in a large-format retail environment.
• Strong operational knowledge across food and non-food.
• Proven track record of improving availability and reducing waste.
