You will coach your team to deliver consistent standards, drive productivity, and maintain compliance with store policies while fostering a culture of heart, pride, and open communication on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager or Duty Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong operational knowledge across food and non-food departments.
• Proven record of improving availability, reducing waste and managing shrink.
