Job summary

Asda in Coleraine is seeking an Operations Manager to deliver excellent execution across the store and embed routines that protect availability, waste control and shrink reduction. You will review processes, coach store managers, and drive standards across Ambient, Fresh, George and General Merchandising in a large-format store.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in a large format retail
• Strong operation knowledge of food and non-food departments
• Track record of improving availability and reducing waste
• Experience managing ER cases and HR processes
• Ability to lead with empathy and coach teams
• Data-driven approach to drive store performance

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent execution across the store and embed routines for availability, waste and shrink.
• Review store processes to meet KPIs for availability, waste and shrink.
• Lead and coach managers to deliver high store standards across Ambient, Fresh, George and General Merchandising.
• Build a culture of serving customers with heart, pride and ownership on the shop floor.
