Job summary

Asda is seeking an Operations Manager to drive excellent store execution and embed routines that improve availability, waste and shrink. You will review processes and lead a large, diverse team across Ambient, Fresh, George and GM in our Arrowe Park store in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach leaders, prioritise, and deliver strong performance metrics while fostering a customer-centric culture and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience managing diverse teams in a large-format retail environment.
• Strong operational knowledge across food and non-food departments.
• A track record of improving availability, reducing waste and managing shrink.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent execution across the store and embed routines that deliver availability, waste and shrink.
• Review store processes to deliver strong metrics and KRAs for availability, waste and shrink by embedding routines across the shop floor.
• Lead and coach managers and teams to deliver excellent store standards across Ambient, Fresh, George and General Merchandising.
