Asda Coventry is seeking an Operations Manager to lead store operations with a focus on availability, waste reduction, and shrink control. You will coach managers, embed routines across Ambient, Fresh, George and GM areas, and drive a customer-centric selling agenda with heart and pride.

In this role you will foster a culture of performance, develop talent, and ensure standards across the store, with emphasis on coaching and collaboration to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

• Create a culture of serving customers with heart, value, and pride.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations and customer experience.
• Drive the store selling agenda with healthy competition across the trading floor.
