Pets Corner in St Albans is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team at the Albert Bygrave Retail Park. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional service for every customer and their pets.

This full-time role covers 37.5 hours across five days, with a competitive £13.03 per hour and clear opportunities for professional development within a family-run business. You will manage stock, merchandising and store standards while supporting a busy, friendly team and building

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead and develop the store team using the Pets Corner Curriculum.
• Maximise sales and performance by identifying improvements.
• Maintain high standards of store and product presentation.
• Keep pricing, promotions and merchandising up to date.
• Key holding responsibilities, opening and closing of the store.
• Maintain accurate inventory by checking deliveries and stocktakes.
