Job summary

Jollyes The Pet People in Omagh is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team on the shop floor, drive excellent customer service and deliver strong store performance. You’ll coach colleagues through live customer interactions, help with deliveries and set the standard through hands-on leadership, not desk work.

Qualifications

• Previous retail store management experience, hands-on approach to running the business day-to-day.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills with a focus on customer service.
• Experience in driving KPIs, sales and store standards on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the shop floor and coach the team through live customer interactions.
• Manage deliveries, stock and day-to-day store operations to maximise turnover and gross margin.
• Ensure high standards of pet care, safety and legal compliance across the store.
• Recruit, train and develop staff, and communicate key business updates to the team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a great shopping experience.
