Job summary

Swarovski UK in Livingston is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate retail team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive commercial success through leadership and hands-on coaching.

You will recruit, onboard, and coach talent, set ambitious targets, manage store operations including inventory and loss prevention, and ensure Swarovski standards are consistently applied. A luxury retail background and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Digital proficiency and strong operational know-how.
• A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship and empower others.
• Customer-focused, curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset.
• English skills.
