Job summary

Swarovski in Norwich is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a luxury retail team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive commercial results.

You will coach and onboard staff, support recruitment and development, manage store operations, and step in for the Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
• Some leadership and coaching experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency.
• Able to build trust and empower others.
• Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset.
