Job summary

Swarovski in the UK is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success. You’ll inspire excellence, coach colleagues, recruit talent, and nurture a positive store culture built on trust and service.

In this role you will manage day-to-day operations, set targets, monitor performance, oversee inventory and loss prevention, and ensure all Swarovski policies are followed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multicultural retail, luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Digital proficiency and strong operational know-how
• Customer-focused, curious, empathetic and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
• English language proficiency
