Job summary

Swarovski UK is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team in our luxury retail environment. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales, and ensure commercial success while upholding brand standards.

With 3+ years in multicultural luxury retail, you will coach talent, recruit, set targets, manage operations, and build lasting customer relationships. English proficiency and a commercial mindset are essential to shine in this role.
