Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret procedures and safety rules
• Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred at some locations

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed
• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations; counsel or terminate as needed
• Make recommendations on pay rates and advancement
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings
• Open and close the store daily with proper procedures
• Monitor sales, profitability and stock levels; manage ordering and cycle counts
• Ensure proper stock staging, merchandising, pricing, and signage
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cash controls
• Provide superior customer service leadership and a clean, safe store environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
