Job summary

Morrisons in Cirencester is seeking an inspirational Store Manager to run the store with an entrepreneurial mindset, focusing on customers, colleagues and the local community. You will lead a team to deliver a best-in-market customer experience and strong commercial performance.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will oversee recruitment, training, development and community engagement, while managing operations to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, service-focused environments such as retail or hospitality.
• Ability to coach, motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to influence and think broadly about new ways of doing things.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver the best customer experience in the market in line with Morrisons brand.
• Drive continuous improvement of store performance and offer, treating the store as your own business.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, training and development to build an inclusive culture.
• Build and manage relationships with the local community and customers to support the store.
• Master schedule and ensure store operations meet customer needs with flexibility.
