Starbucks in Dumbarton is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy store and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will own day-to-day operations, coach the team, and ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met.

You will mentor staff, manage performance, and build a positive, high-performing culture. DBS checks will be required, and successful applicants will be supported through EG Group benefits and development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a team in a retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining high standards.
• Commercial awareness with ability to manage performance and priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship building with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store to high operating standards including customer service, food safety, hygiene and brand expectations.
• Drive store performance through inventory management, stock control, merchandising and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, optimise labour, review processes and implement action plans.
• Own cash management, budget planning, expenditure control and business growth decisions.
• Build a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring and inclusive leadership.
• Recruit and develop talent, plan rotas and motivate the team to deliver great service.
