Hobbycraft is seeking a Store Manager for a full-time role in the Thanet area. You will be accountable for all aspects of store operation and performance, delivering customer service excellence to drive repeat visits and incremental sales.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team in line with our brand values. You will oversee planning, recruitment, KPI tracking, stock control and compliance, ensuring a safe, inclusive environment.
