Jollyes Pets in Dover is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, coach a frontline team, and drive sales while maintaining excellent pet care standards.

You will be responsible for achieving targets, managing costs, and delivering a great customer experience with a hands-on leadership style. This is a full-time, on-site role with some weekend/evening coverage required.

Formación

• Previous retail store management experience with a hands-on approach.
• Strong focus on customer service and store presentation.
• Experience managing KPIs, costs, and team performance.
