Jollyes are recruiting a Retail Store Manager for Chippenham. You will lead on the shop floor, coach your team through live customer interactions, and drive store performance while delivering exceptional pet care and customer service.

You will manage KPIs around people, standards, service and financials, reporting to the Regional Manager. The role is full-time, offing a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Passion for pets and people, delivering unrivalled customer experience.
• Hands-on retail store management experience on the shop floor.
• Confident coaching and upselling conversations with customers.
• Clear decision-making to drive KPI targets and standards.
• Track record of improving business performance and KPIs.
• Aware of P&L and cost control in a retail environment.
• Own transport with UK driving licence for regional cover if needed.

Responsibilities
