Jollyes Pets is seeking a Store Manager for new stores opening across Yorkshire and beyond. You will lead by example, drive sales, manage the team and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding pet welfare and store standards.

Ideal candidates have existing retail store management experience, a genuine passion for pets, and a hands-on approach to running day-to-day operations. The role is full-time and based in a Yorkshire region store network.

Qualifications

• Previous retail store management experience.
• Genuine passion for pets and people.
• Confident on the shop floor with upselling skills.
• Strong decision-making and team leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering KPI targets and high store standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and culture, modelling company values.
• Manage KPIs for people, standards, service and financial performance.
• Coach team to upsell and increase basket size.
• Ensure pet welfare and safety, maintain regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, train and develop staff with clear performance goals.
• Communicate key updates and objectives with the team.
