Job summary

The Co-operative Food store at The Parade, Pagham, Bognor Regis is seeking a Store Manager. This full-time role carries responsibility for commercial performance, community engagement and delivering a top-class shopping experience for customers.

You’ll lead a store team, drive sales through smart use of data, ensure safe and compliant operations, and build a culture where colleagues feel supported and motivated to excel.
