Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' proven management experience in retail.
• Proven track record of delivering sales targets and managing budgets.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales and stock control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by achieving KPIs and engaging the team.
• Create and implement store strategies focused on service.
