Job summary

Morrisons Store Manager role involves running your own store with an entrepreneurial spirit, prioritising customers, colleagues and communities. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding service and commercial performance while maintaining Morrisons standards.

You will oversee recruitment, induction and development, foster an inclusive culture and build strong relationships with the local community to support the store’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, service-focused environments such as retail, convenience or hospitality.
• Ability to coach, motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to influence, listen and understand perspectives to improve processes.
• Passion for rolling up sleeves to support the team.
• High level of resilience and problem-solving.
