Pandora is seeking a Store Manager for our Sunderland store on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. You will drive sales, profitability and operational excellence while leading an inclusive, high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer experiences across in-store and omnichannel services.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of store sales, profitability and performance.
• Analyse results and act on insights to maximise opportunities.

• Inspire and coach the team to deliver world-class selling and product knowledge.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation reflect Pandora's standards.
• Plan schedules and oversee stock to minimise loss and maximise sales.
