Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead from the shop floor and in retail operations. You will support the Store Manager in delivering commercial success, coach a high-performing team, and role‑model our selling ceremony for exceptional customer experience.

You will drive store performance, planning staff, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining brand standards and delivering world-class service.

• Proven experience driving sales and profitability in store.

• Drive store performance by analysing sales, KPIs, and customer feedback to inform commercial decisions.

• Champion visual merchandising and brand guidelines to maximise commercial impact.
• Be Pandora ambassador on the shop floor, delivering world-class customer service.
