Job summary

Pandora is seeking an organised, proactive Assistant Store Manager to lead from the shop floor and drive retail operations at our UK store. You will inspire a high-performing team, deliver world-class service, and role model our brand values while supporting the Store Manager in daily trading.

This 12-month fixed-term contract covers a 40-hour week with a competitive salary range (£25,000–£38,400), plus a monthly bonus scheme (10% rising to 20%), jewellery uniform allowance, staff discounts and

• Proven experience leading store teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive sales and profitability.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Brand ambassador with passion for storytelling and service.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by analysing sales, KPIs and customer feedback.
• Support the Store Manager in planning and executing business strategies to hit sales targets.
• Lead, coach and develop a diverse, high-performing team on the shop floor.
• Ensure high merchandising standards and smooth stock, till operations, and health & safety compliance.
