Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the UK to lead from the shop floor and in retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team to exceed targets and deliver world-class service.

You will support commercial strategies, manage daily store activities, and role-model our values while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and strong visual merchandising. 12-month fixed-term contract with generous benefits.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by analysing sales, KPIs and customer feedback to inform decisions.
• Support Store Manager in planning and executing business strategies to meet sales targets.
• Lead and develop a diverse, inclusive team; deliver regular feedback and development conversations.
• Act as a role model, embedding Pandora values across the team.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards and resolve escalated issues with professionalism.
• Oversee daily operations including rotas, stock control, till operations, security and safety.
