Pandora is seeking a Store Manager in Taunton to drive sales, profitability and exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example, building an inclusive, high-performing team that embodies Pandora's values and delivers outstanding service across in-store and omnichannel channels.

You will translate strategy into local store plans, coach teams, and ensure top-tier merchandising and compliance while aiming to exceed KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.
