We are looking for an experienced and talented Store Manager to join our Store in Glasgow.

The Role

As a Store Manager, your role will include:

• Leading by example and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Ensuring all staff members are fully trained in every aspect of their job.
• Maintaining the store's stock, labeling, and merchandising.
• Complying with all company policies and processes, applying corrective actions where required.
• Ensuring the store achieves its KPIs such as sales, payroll, and targets.
• Completing cash preparation as per company procedures.

The Person

• A minimum of 2-4 years retail management experience.
• A proven track record in managing medium to large teams.
