The role

The store manager is our brand ambassador and responsible for the store’s overall success. You will manage the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

What to expect from the role
  • Support and motivate the team daily to achieve and surpass KPIs, exemplifying Pandora’s customer service standards
  • Maintain a strong retail presence, educate and influence the store environment, and ensure back-of-house activities support commercial success
  • Receive thorough training on our luxury products to become a Pandora product expert, with support from regional managers to develop your team and support their career progression
