Highly competitive salary, monthly bonus of 10% if sales targets achieved (with the potential of 20% if stretch targets achieved), 55% employee discount, annual jewellery uniform allowance and other excellent benefits!

We are currently seeking a proactive, results-driven store manager to join our team. If you thrive on leading retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team to surpass targets, and providing world-class service, we'd love to hear from you!

In the UK and Ireland, we are proud to have been recognized in the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’, one of only 11 in the ‘very large’ employers category.

The role

The store manager is our brand ambassador and responsible for the store’s overall success. You will manage the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

About Pandora

The largest jewellery company in the world, we give voice to millions’ loves daily. We sell three pieces of our handcrafted jewellery every second, with nearly 7,000 points of sale globally and a strong online presence.

We pursue sustainability in all we do, setting ambitious, measurable targets across sourcing, materials, and marketing.

Our people

Our global team of over 32,000 passionate individuals has helped Pandora achieve record earnings, driven by a renewed growth strategy. Our culture is energizing and ambitious, empowering us to be ourselves and excel.

As we grow, we invest in talent. We seek individuals who share our values and can help bring our ambitions to life.

What to expect from the role
  • Support and motivate the in-store team daily to meet and exceed KPIs, exemplifying exceptional Pandora customer service
  • Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back-of-house activities support commercial success
  • Receive comprehensive training on our handcrafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert; collaborate with regional managers to develop your team’s potential
The successful candidate

Our store managers embody the Pandora brand. The ideal candidate is a capable leader and passionate team player, confident in delivering an unforgettable in-store experience.

Experience with a leading brand or consumer products retail is preferred. Candidates may include senior supervisors or current assistant managers seeking their next challenge. We value those who demonstrate our core values: dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven ability to drive sales and profitability
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • An understanding of Pandora’s local and global strategies and the ability to translate them into store performance
  • Experience using data to identify trends and take action
  • Strong communication skills to coach a high-performing team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for Pandora’s products and values
  • A well-presented appearance and a passion for retail
Why work with us?

  • Competitive salary
  • Monthly bonus of 10%, up to 20% for stretch targets
  • Annual jewellery uniform allowance
  • Access to discounts via our benefits platform
  • Support services for health, wellbeing, and legal advice through ‘Retail Trust’
  • Parties, incentives, and gifts throughout the year
