Aufgaben

• Guide, inspire and engage a team of paid staff and volunteers; recruit, retain and develop the shop team.
• Own the commercial running of the store: display, merchandising, stock, standards, layout, sales and income.
• Lead by example; provide excellent customer and supporter service.
• Maximise profit through cost control and sales.
• Build relationships with the local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues.
• Organise and run fundraising events to hit targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, security, HR policies; manage manual handling duties.
