Qualifications

• Experience of managing and inspiring a diverse team.
• Comfort working within targets and motivating others to achieve those targets.
• Ability to multi-task in a lively environment.
• Knowledge of delivering excellent customer service.
• Commercial awareness.
• Knowledge of high street fashion retail.
• Adaptability in changing situations, including working independently.
• Preferably experience of retail management.

Responsibilities

• Guide, inspire and develop a diverse shop team, including recruitment and retention.
• Own the commercial running of the store: merchandising, stock, standards, layout, sales and income.
• Lead by example with customer and supporter service.
• Maximise profit through cost control and sales.
• Build relationships with the local community and CRUK colleagues.
• Organise and run fundraising events to hit targets.
• Maintain health and safety, safeguarding, security, admin and HR policies.
