Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join Team OB for a new store opening in Whiteley. You will assist the Store Manager to drive sales, inspire the team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role offers a flexible contract with a fixed number of hours per week across various shifts. OB values collaboration, creativity and a positive, inclusive store culture.

Responsibilities

• Analyse reports to measure store and team performance.
• Work with KPIs to evaluate store performance and development areas.
• Lead by example and guide team toward objectives.
• Provide a great customer experience meeting service expectations.
• Collaborate with the store manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Create a warm, inclusive store atmosphere.
• Support progress meetings and appraisals for all team members.
• Develop and support team career progression.
• Follow cash handling and till procedures.
• Ensure adherence to OB operational standards.
• Communicate clearly in line with Oliver Bonas tone.
