• Ensure compliance with Subway and local guidelines.
• Conduct stock takes and generate inventory reports.
• Analyse weekly sales and inventory to improve performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation to brand standards.
• Implement in-store marketing material and campaigns.
• Ensure safety procedures for staff and customers.
• Provide a safe, customer-focused work environment.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
