Job summary

B&Q is seeking an experienced Store Manager Designate for South Wales, based in Cwmbran, with a 36.75-hour week and a permanent contract. You will train across stores and prepare to lead your own department or store.

You’ll motivate teams, drive customer service excellence and implement new ways of working while travelling across stores within 50 miles of your home location. A pathway for progression is provided within a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Experienced retail leader with strong people skills and the ability to motivate teams.
• Willingness to travel across stores within the South Wales cluster.

Responsibilities
