B&Q is seeking an experienced Store Manager Designate to lead teams across stores in South Wales, based in Cwmbran. The role involves a 3–6 month rotation across stores, with training and progression into a permanent store leadership position.

As a B&Q designate manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to learn about us and our business, typically spend ing 3-6 months working across a cluster of stores (in South Wales). You'll experience management training in various store formats before being placed into your own department or store.

Due to the nature of this role, there'll be some flexibility and travel required during your time as a designate, before being placed within a store that matches your experience within 50 miles of where you live.
