Job summary

Savers is seeking a Store Manager Designate at Upper Tooting, willing to travel to a variety of stores. The role requires leading the team, maintaining standards, and driving sales while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Salary is £35,350 per year with a generous bonus scheme. Full-time hours (39/wk) with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Driving is an asset for this role.

• Maintain standards and audit processes; uphold customer service and sales standards.
• Support neighbouring stores as needed by business need.
• Lead store team and manage daily operations.
