Job summary

Savers is hiring a Store Manager Designate in Upper Tooting. The role covers leadership of store teams, driving sales, and maintaining high service standards across branches. Salary £35,350 plus bonus and a flexible, full-time pattern (39 hours/week) with weekend and varied shifts.

The successful candidate will lead by example, mentor colleagues, and may assist other stores to maximise performance across the network.

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Ability to drive.
• Willingness to travel to multiple stores as needed.

Location: Upper Tooting-Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of stores
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary: £35,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
