Job summary

Savers is seeking a Store Manager Designate in Thanet to lead daily store operations, uphold standards, and provide excellent customer service while travelling to a variety of stores.

You will drive sales, ensure audit processes are followed, and mentor team members, with a clear progression path and generous benefits.

• Ability to drive and travel to stores as needed.

Location: Thanet,Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of stores

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £36,000 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
