Job summary

Savers is seeking a Store Manager Designate in Hove to lead a busy retail team. You will oversee store standards, implement audits, and drive exceptional customer service and high street sales. You may be asked to travel to neighbouring stores to support business needs.

The role is full-time (39 hours per week) with a generous bonus scheme and sociable benefits. A drive and 2+ years retail management experience are desirable for success.

Location: Hove, Designate Role - willing to travel to a variety of stores

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £38,000 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
