Job summary

Savers is seeking a Store Manager Designate in Upper Tooting to lead high-street standards and drive sales. The role involves traveling to a variety of stores, managing 39 hours per week, and days with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

You’ll audit processes, maintain service quality and work with neighbouring stores as needed, earning a generous bonus and building a career with a well-known retailer.

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Must be able to drive.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Location: Upper Tooting
- Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of stores
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary: £35,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
