Job summary

Savers in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Store Manager Designate to oversee standards, audits and customer service across locations. You’ll lead with passion, drive sales, and be ready to support neighbouring stores as needed.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain first-class store standards and deliver exceptional shopper experiences. We offer up to 33 days holiday, sick pay enhancements, pay-on-demand, digital healthcare, retail discounts, and clear progression pathways.

Location: Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of stores

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £34,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
