Job summary

Savers is recruiting for a Store Manager Designate to join the team in Thanet. The role involves maintaining standards, auditing processes and delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance across our stores on the high street.

The SMD will act as a brand ambassador, supporting nearby stores as needed. A drive to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment is essential, with full-time hours and a generous bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Must be able to drive and travel between stores.
• Flexible shift availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards and audit processes.
• Uphold customer service and sales standards across the high street.
• Support neighbouring stores as required by business needs.

Location: Thanet, Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of stores Hours per Week: 39 hours Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview Salary: £36,000 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
