You will manage trade counter service, ensure stock availability, and promote our brand while upholding health and safety standards. The role offers a permanent full-time position with training and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing environment is desirable.
• Good understanding of IT systems and basic software.
• Previous management or supervisory experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the store and ensure customers and staff have what they need.
• Serve customers at the trade counter and in-store, in a friendly and professional manner.
• Complete training to confidently select the correct products for customer needs and promote the brand.
• Ensure the store remains well-presented and clean.
• Follow stock procedures by receiving deliveries and keeping shelves stocked.
