PPG's Enniskillen Johnstone’s Decorating Centre is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a friendly team and deliver excellent customer service. You will deputise for the Store Manager and support budget execution, promotions, and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing environment.
• Good understanding of IT systems.
• Willingness to participate in in-store training.
• Ability to support Store Manager and lead staff.

Responsibilities

• Depose for the Store Manager in all operational and staffing issues.
• Provide a high level of customer service and ensure this is maintained by all staff.
• Undertake training to confidently select the correct product for customers’ needs.
• Promote our brand and help achieve sales targets.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and store appearance.
• Oversee stock intake and stock movements.
• Process cash and card payments, place orders and check stock.
