Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Store Manager in operational and staffing issues.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Promote brand by undertaking all required training.
• Achieve sales targets and be aware of promotional activity.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
• Oversee and be accountable for stock.
• Process cash and card payments, place orders, and check stock.
